This healthy recipe is a perfect appetizer for your next curry dinner. We serve it with rice crackers, Original Savory Thins from Trader Joe’s work well. It is best served at room temperature. Healthy Recipe Ingredients
1 cup onions, chopped into small dice
4 teaspoons lemon or lime juice
1/2 teaspoon sweet Hungarian paprika
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
salt to taste

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Allow to sit at least 30 minutes at room temperature, stirring occasionally to distribute the liquid that will collect at the bottom.
