Ingredients

1 lb liverwurst or braunscheiwger
8 oz reduced fat cream cheese
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon finely chopped parsley
3 Tablespoons melted butter
2 Tablespoons finely chopped onion

Healthy Cooking Instructions

Allow the liverwurst and cream cheese to come to room temperature to soften.
Mash them together with a fork until well blended.
Combine the remaining ingredients and stir until smooth.
Chill 1-3 hours to allow to allow the flavors to blend.
Spread on your favorite cracker.
